Alessandra Pellegrini is a gender and social inclusion expert with more than 10 years of experience in development cooperation, academia, and applied research. She has worked in a number of different countries as researcher, advisor, and training facilitator. She supports projects in elaborating gender analysis, gender strategies, gender monitoring and evaluation, and conflict analysis.

PartICIP - An inclusive and sustainable vocational training system
PartICIP is transforming youth integration into the labour market in Mali by building a decentralised, inclusive and market-driven vocational training system. By placing regional authorities at the heart of governance and actively involving the private sector at every stage, from identifying skill needs to hosting trainees, the programme ensures training is relevant, high-quality and sustainable. It targets young people aged 15 to 35, businesses and public institutions across several regions, with the ambition to make vocational training a powerful lever for employability and local development.
