Uttoron organises workshop at HIP for developing mobile app content

Uttoron project organised a workshop at Habiganj Industrial Park (HIP) with representatives of PRAN RFL group. The objective of the workshop was to collect input from the industry representatives on Uttoron mobile app that is in the process of development. Uttoron mobile app is focusing on improving the soft skill of the workforce to make them better prepare for the professional environment. The app will be first of its kind that would be particularly covering life skills such as communication, negotiations, stress management at workplace and support the Uttoron trainees to become better workers. Workers equipped with better soft skills has demonstrated to be more successful and productive at their job. Industry representatives highly appreciated Uttoron's innovative initiative and mentioned that such app will help them in making the business more successful through improving the capacity of their workforce.
