Uttoron organised a Training of Trainers (ToT) in Dhaka 

A quality training requires superior trainers and facilitators and to ensure that Uttoron project organised ToT for trainers of the partner organisation in Dhaka. These workshops were designed following the Bangladesh Government’s Competency-Based Training and Assessment (CBT&A) standard. 

Trainers coming in from partner training organisation UCEP participated in this five-day long workshop. The training covered various significant topics such as the importance of communication, inclusivity, Occupational Safety and Health (OSH), task analysis of job function, assessment standards of trainees etc. The participants were also oriented about various government-issued standards such as TVET (Technical and Vocational Education and Training) system in Bangladesh, National Skills development policy (NSDP) and different levels of NTVQF (National Technical and Vocational Qualifications Framework).
