The first training of the year in electricity and sawmills has been held since January

A total of 24 youth between the ages of 18 and 35 began in January, in Magude district, the short-duration course in electricity and sawmill, in a Movable Unit from the IFPELAC (Instituto de Formação Profissional e Estudos Laborais Alberto Cassimo).
The two-month course has the aim of training young people in the electricity and sawmill areas with a view to improve their employment, improving competitiveness in the sector and generating income.

For this year it is expected to train around 150 workers in specialisation courses, 425 young people in short-duration courses and another 80 young people in entrepreneurship courses.
