Preparing the youth for workforce

Pre-employment capacity development workshop helps graduate trainees to acquire improved communication skill and orient them to handle workplace challenge better. In this day-long workshop trainees participated in different sessions and variety of activities to get oriented on rules and regulation of the workplace, time management, team management, effective communications, etc. The workshop also included a session by employers who inform the trainees regarding workplace policies and etiquettes, etc.
