Facilitation Training for Trainers and Staff of CTEVT/NSTB/TITI

Nepal Vocational Qualifications System (NVQS) in collaboration with Training Institute for Technical Instruction (TITI) has supported 15 staff members (3 female and 12 male), those under the National Skill Testing Board (NSTB)/NVQS and TITI of the Council for Technical Education and Vocational Training (CTEVT) as trained and certified facilitators. 

The purpose of the training was to equip team leaders, trainers and managers working in CTEVT with the essential facilitation competencies, tools, and techniques. With this training, the participants are able to effectively deliver workshops and trainings that are engaging and focused, which is essential especially in the Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) sector. NVQS supported the training with the inputs and coaching from Dr. Rudolf Batliner, an international expert trainer. The training was carried out for two weeks starting from 10th July 2019 till the 23rd, at the TITI building. Member Secretary of CTEVT, Dr. Pushpa Raman Wagle congratulated and awarded the completion certificates to the participants. NVQS/NSTB also expressed their gratitude to Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation (SDC) for their support.
