In Rwanda, Swisscontact empowers women through holistic vocational education and training (VET), coaching in entrepreneurship, and mentorship for business development while addressing the challenges women face in their daily lives.

Since 2012, we have empowered more than 2050 women by providing access to quality vocational training as well as entrepreneurial and professional guidance, enabling them to gain employment and create their own micro-enterprises.

On International Women's Day, recognised each year on 8th March, Swisscontact in Rwanda joins the world in celebrating women and their achievements.
