Bok Lgnor Kmao (Pounded Black Sesame) is a traditional dish of the Kouy indigenous people living in the northern part of Cambodia. Bok Lgnor Kmao is consumed daily by the Kouy people, as it can be packed and stored for a long time. Simply pick up a small piece of the paste and add a little bit of water.
