🎯 What You’ll Be Doing

• Design and create communication materials: infographics, reports, social media content, videos, and more.
• Work with project teams (S4C, STED, LASR, SIPPO) to support events and campaigns.
• Use Swisscontact’s visual identity in all your designs.
• Join a 3-month training followed by 9 months of hands-on work.
• You must be free from campus attendance or have official permission to join full-time
• Work setup: 4 days WFO + 1 day WFA (to do campus work online)
• Complete a final project that could count as your thesis (if approved by your campus).
• Willing to travel to Swisscontact project sites across Indonesia if needed.

✅ Who Can Apply

• Active students in vocational colleges / university from Visual Communication Design, Multimedia, Media Production, or related fields.
• Willing to commit to a 12-month internship contract in Jakarta
• Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite/Cloud
• Have a design portfolio (campus projects are fine).
• Proactive, collaborative, and eager to learn.
• Bonus points if you:
  • Can understand and use English.
  • Have a laptop that runs Adobe Creative Cloud smoothly.

💼 What You’ll Get

• Monthly allowance: IDR 4,000,000 
• Holiday bonus (THR): 1x monthly allowance 
• Housing or transport support: up to IDR 1,000,000/month 
• Phone/data support: IDR 200,000/month 
• Travel ticket to/from Jakarta (once) for non-Jabodetabek participants 
• BPJS Employment insurance 
• Adobe Creative Cloud license (covered by Swisscontact) 
• Full support for BNSP Junior Graphic Designer certification 
• Real work experience in an international NGO
