Thy Ann

Mr Ann Thy joined Swisscontact in January 2024 as TVET School Coordinator based in Siem Reap province under the Skills Development Programme (SDP). With over a decade of experience in the Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) sector, he plays a key role in strengthening partnerships and supporting training providers to deliver quality TVET.

Prior to joining Swisscontact, Mr Thy served as Project Coordinator at Plan International Cambodia, where he led initiatives focused on youth empowerment and skills development. His expertise in strategic partnership management, programme design, proposal development and stakeholder engagement makes him a valuable asset to the SDP team.

He holds both a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Business Management from Build Bright University.
