We are excited to announce Cambodia’s Entrepreneurial Ecosystem Strengthening Conference 2026 (CAMESCO26), which will take place on 19 November 2026 at Shangri-La Phnom Penh under the theme, “The Entrepreneurial Edge: Catalysing Ventures and Capital for System Growth.”

As the annual flagship event for Cambodia’s entrepreneurial and investment ecosystem, CAMESCO26 brings together entrepreneurs, entrepreneur support organisations (ESOs), investors, government institutions, development partners, and ecosystem builders to share knowledge, strengthen partnerships and shape collective action. Organised under the Enhancing Entrepreneurial Ecosystem and Investments (3Ei) initiative, co-financed by Khmer Enterprise (KE), the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation (SDC), and the Korea International Cooperation Agency (KOICA), co-implemented by Khmer Enterprise and Swisscontact , CAMESCO26 is expected to attract more than 250 participants. Previous editions of the event have engaged more than over 300 institutions over the last 4 years.

Building on the success of previous editions, CAMESCO26 will provide a platform to reflect on a year of progress across Cambodia’s entrepreneurial ecosystem. This includes the initial implementation of the Entrepreneurial Ecosystem Roadmap (EER) 2025–2035, which is transforming shared priorities into collective action, as well as preliminary findings from the 2026 Social Network Analysis (SNA), which reveals areas where growing connections among ecosystem actors must now lead into stronger capabilities and results.

This year’s theme, “The Entrepreneurial Edge: Catalysing Ventures and Capital for System Growth”, reflects Cambodia’s ambition to move beyond ecosystem coordination towards accelerating high-potential ventures and unlocking the capital needed for long-term economic transformation. The Entrepreneurial Edge refers to Cambodia’s capacity to leverage its entrepreneurial talent, maturing innovation ecosystem, evidence-based insights and regional opportunities to build competitive, scalable, and investment-ready ventures. CAMESCO26 has formed a strategic partnership with Convergence Blended Finance, a leading global expert in blended finance, to bring regional insights into emerging trends, opportunities, and practical solutions. This collaboration will explore high-potential sectors for blended finance in Cambodia and examine innovative ways to address the financing gap faced by the "missing middle" enterprises.

The event will feature national and regional speakers, as well as panel discussions, and interactive breakout sessions that will bring together entrepreneurs, investors, ecosystem support organisations, and government representatives to reflect on the progress of Cambodia’s entrepreneurial ecosystem, share insights from the Entrepreneurial Ecosystem Roadmap (EER) and Social Network Analysis (SNA). They will also explore practical strategies to accelerate venture growth and capital mobilisation. Through discussions on topic such as entrepreneurial ecosystem development, blended finance, fundraising, and lessons from Southeast Asia, the conference aims to strengthen partnerships, generate actionable insights, and encourage greater collaboration with the goal of enhancing Cambodia’s entrepreneurial edge and driving sustainable economic growth. Join us at CAMESCO26 and contribute to the conversation about how Cambodia can transform ecosystem momentum into stronger ventures and sustainable system growth. Enhancing Entrepreneurial Ecosystem and Investments (3Ei)
The overall goal of the 3Ei is for the private sector to actively contribute to Cambodia's socio-economic development and attain the goals of the SDGs. The achievement of this overall goal will be driven by two outcomes. Outcome 1: Enhanced coordination, and collaboration within the entrepreneurial ecosystem; and Outcome 2: Increased business performance and investments in the ecosystem and impact enterprises.
