Sustainable impact through systematics and data

Swisscontact consistently follows a data-driven approach to impact assessment, which constitutes an integral part of project management and quality assurance. Systematic monitoring enables results to be measured in a consistent manner, allowing us to gain insights, and consequently improve our projects effectively.

Measuring what works

The monitoring and impact system developed by Swisscontact is based on internationally recognized standards. Digitally supported tools and regular audits ensure the quality of data collection while providing continuously reliable results for internal management and external reporting.
