On April 25, 2025, Give a Day returned to Siem Reap for its fourth edition, marking the official launch of the 2025 provincial series. Co-hosted by the Young Entrepreneurs Association of Cambodia Siem Reap Chapter (YEAC-SR), the event continued to build momentum in fostering a collaborative and responsive entrepreneurial ecosystem outside the capital. The gathering brought together Entrepreneur Support Organizations (ESOs), entrepreneurs, and intermediaries for a day of focused discussions, networking, and shared learning around the theme of business resilience.

Give a Day is a platform created to connect Cambodia’s entrepreneurial ecosystem and encourage active collaboration to support local entrepreneurs. Originally launched in Phnom Penh, the platform has expanded to the provinces following community calls for more localized engagement. In 2024, Siem Reap hosted three successful editions, paving the way for deeper connection and practical collaboration among ecosystem actors.

The fourth edition aimed to build on this foundation by identifying key challenges facing entrepreneurs in Siem Reap and facilitating joint responses. The event focused on mapping critical support needs and enhancing coordination among ESOs, with the goal of building a more inclusive and sustainable support system for the province’s business community.

"What interests me most about this event is the chance it offers to provide all actors with a fantastic platform and opportunity by bringing everyone together in one place. Sharing programs and updates, and finding collaborative ways to engage and create synergies, is truly valuable. Personally, it was a pleasure meeting all the organizations and members who joined, and I hope we can achieve significant results after this discussion."
Mr. Mao Ravuth, Vice President, YEAC SR Chapter.

The roundtable discussion, co-facilitated by 3Ei and YEAC-SR, offered space for participants to share their ongoing programs, voice common barriers entrepreneurs are facing, and reflect on how existing collaboration efforts could be strengthened. Recurring themes included access to finance, digital capacity, digital tools like AI, and the need for more hands-on, localized mentorship. Participants emphasized the value of open exchange and the importance of ensuring support services are aligned with the needs of growing businesses in the province.

"By joining this event, I noticed that there are diverse organizations participating in and sharing about their program allow us to have up to date and beneficial for networking and collaboration in Siem Reap, I also have chance to share the uniqueness of the event and see more potential to synergies within resource person to be connected to.
