On May 26, the final event of the OKR implementation project took place. The entire team of the Office presented and aligned their quarterly OKRs, developed by each department based on the institution’s strategic goals.
This event marked the completion of the project phase of OKR implementation, but it also laid the foundation for the next stage — the development of a sustainable internal OKR management system.
