Application Open for SEC Remote Assignment in Cambodia

SEC promotes entrepreneurship through expertise – imparting technical skills through volunteer work.

The retired professionals of our SEC are qualified experts at site. They provide problem-solving solutions for small and medium enterprises in developing countries and in Eastern Europe.

Due to COVID-19, SEC now offers Remote Assignment, which is designed with objectives as following:

• Increase competitiveness through improvement of quality and efficiency
• Preservation and creation of jobs, and/or growth by increase in turnover, and/or reduction of cost
• Solve performance or organizational problems
• Hands-on professional training
• Positive behavioral change in staff and/or management as a primary outcome of international experts’ contributions.

Costs and obligations for clients

• Currently there is no cost for SME clients in Cambodia
• The client is obligated to follow his/her duties as stated in SEC contract. This includes commitments, transparency, and completion of all requested reports.
