Mr. Thong Chhayheng joined Swisscontact on 24 August 2026 as Monitoring and Results Measurement Officer for ISA project. Chhayheng is an agricultural development professional with over five years of experience in project coordination, sustainable agriculture, market systems development, and smallholder farmer support across Cambodia. Prior to joining us, he worked with Good Neighbors Cambodia and the KOPIA Center/General Directorate of Agriculture, where he led agricultural projects, strengthened farmer market linkages, and coordinated stakeholders across public and private sectors. He holds a Bachelor of Agronomy from the Royal University of Agriculture and is currently pursuing an MBA at the National University of Management.
