Mr. Sovandara Bin is an early-career environmental professional with a background in eco-hydrology and environmental engineering. He has hands-on experience supporting development consultancy projects across water and sanitation (WASH), rural development, agriculture, energy, waste management, and environmental sustainability. Most recently, he worked with Sevea Consulting as a Junior Consultant, where he supported project implementation, conducted research and impact assessments, coordinated field data collection, and prepared technical reports while engaging with clients and stakeholders. Sovandara holds an Erasmus Mundus Joint Master’s degree in Applied Ecohydrology, graduated with distinction, from a consortium of European universities, and an Engineer’s degree in Water and Environmental Engineering from the Institute of Technology of Cambodia.
