Sounakhone Phomsengsoulinh

Sounakhone Phomsengsoulinh joined Swisscontact in June 2021 as a Provincial Technical Coordinator under VTESS Project based in Oudomxay Province. In 2019, he holds Master’s Degree in Educational Leadership and Management Development at National Chung Cheng University, Taiwan. and he also attained a Diploma Degree at National University of Laos in 2014. His mainly responsibilities are supports the Manager IVET Training in implementing the IVET pathway component of the project, leading the field-based project activities and work closely with IVET school and other stakeholders in the province, together with ESS delivery in the province. Previously, he worked at Korea Foundation for International Healthcare Laos Office (KOFIH) as a Program Officer.
