Somlith joined Swisscontact in February 2026 as a Junior Administration and Driver. He is based in the country office at Vientiane Capital. In this role, he is responsible for ensuring the safety of passengers, maintaining vehicle equipment, and managing accurate trip logs and maintenance records. Additionally, he supports the team with administrative and logistics tasks, including procurement, travel bookings, and field-based program work.
Previously, Somlith served as the Head of Drivers and provided administrative support and his extensive background in the transport and tourism sectors includes working as a Sales and Reservation Officer.
Somlith holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Tourism, (Major in Tourism Management) from Souphanouvong University and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the Northern Financial and Administration College in Luang Prabang Province.
