Ms. Pen Sochhorvin rejoins Swisscontact in Cambodia on January 19th, 2026 as a Project Officer for the 3Ei Project, bringing over four years of experience in project coordination, event management, monitoring and evaluation (M&E) support, and strategic communications within Cambodia’s startup and entrepreneurship ecosystem. Previously, she worked with Swisscontact supporting the implementation of the Entrepreneur in Residence (EIR) Program, coordinated high-level ecosystem events, and managed logistics, budgets, reporting, and stakeholder engagement. Prior to and alongside her work at Swisscontact, Sochhorvin contributed to the national startup ecosystem through her roles at Techo Startup Center and Startup Cambodia, where she managed social media platforms, co-led project proposals and coordinated events. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Education (TEFL) from the Royal University of Phnom Penh and is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Entrepreneurship and Project Management at the Royal University of Law and Economics, in partnership with Lumière Lyon University.
