Mr. Nguon Sao Puthiridh joined Swisscontact on 18 July 2025 as a Project Officer for the 3Ei project, based in Phnom Penh. He brings valuable experience from his previous role at Open Development Cambodia, where he was responsible for project implementation, coordinating trainings and workshops to support the informal economy and SME growth, as well as conducting research and data analysis. Prior to that, Mr. Puthiridh led the training program at EuroCham, collaborating with both public and private sectors to assess training needs. He holds a degree in International Relations (IR) from the Institute for International Studies and Public Policy (IISPP) and a TEFL degree from the Institute of Foreign Languages (IFL) at the Royal University of Phnom Penh (RUPP). He also completed an exchange program at Philipps-University Marburg in Germany.
