Samath joined Swisscontact in September 2019 as a Training Management Coordinator in the Skills Development Programme (SDP). His responsible includes school management, quality management, training quality assurance, competency-based training. His previous experience includes being a Training Facilitator with youth for seven years and three years as a Program Developer of non-formal education in skill development and employment. He has well visual control of technical and vocational skill training in working with TVET school, SMEs and enterprise-based workshop, and community-based training centre. He played a crucial part in leading 25 NGOs and three ministries in a TVET platform initiative conception with the Ministry of Labour and Vocational Training.

Samath graduated from Norton University with a Master’s degree in Development Management, Result Based Management from Syda Foundation in Sweden, Project Management and Forms of Sexual Harassment and PSEAH policy by World Vision Australia Support Office. He has good experiences in Business to Business (B2B) matching in TVET SMEs and Digital Marketing during his time with CAVAC. He was also an activist representative in a youth organisation for Youth Economic Empowering Mobilisation in ASEAN People Forum, Malaysia.
