Phomphone Norbountar joined Swisscontact Lao PDR in January 2026 as a Provincial Technical Coordinator for Digital Literacy Initiative (DLI) Project, based in Xiengkhuang Province. He is responsible for coordinating and implementing project activities, building capacity for staff and partners, and ensuring effective project monitoring and evaluation in the responsible province.
Phomphone possesses a strong background in Monitoring and Results Measurement (MRM), financial administration, and training facilitation. Additionally, he has experience in IT support and project management, effectively utilizing advanced computer skills and web design to support various initiatives with over 10 years of experience in the international development sector. Phomphone holds a Bachelor's Degree in English for Business Administration from Ruttana Business Administration College.
