Phetsila Phoumbandith

Mr. Phetsila Phoumbandith joined Swisscontact Lao PDR in August 2024 as the communications coordinator. In this role, he oversees both internal and external communications, collaborating closely with the communications and project teams to develop marketing and communication materials that enhance the organization's visibility.

Before joining Swisscontact, he built his expertise in communications at the Land Information Working Group, where he started his career as a communications officer in 2021. He later held the position of senior communications officer at Nam Theun 1 Power Co., LTD, where he was responsible for developing communication strategies and strengthening the organization’s branding.

He holds a bachelor's degree in English Language from the National University of Laos, graduating in 2020. In his free time, he enjoys listening to music and capturing photographs of nature, particularly clouds, mountains, and sunsets.
