Manichanh Phandanouvong re-enrolled Swisscontact in February 2026 and currently serves as the Technical Project Officer for Policy Dialogue and Research under the SCP Lao Project. In this role, she ensures the high-quality implementation of project activities focused on environmental policy dialogues, facilitates stakeholder collaboration, and supports research initiatives.
Manichanh first started her career at Swisscontact in 2020 as an Administration Associate, progressing to a Junior Finance and Admin Officer. She also gained valuable experience as a Technical Assistant for a World Bank-funded project, which provided her with a strong background in research and project implementation. Manichanh graduated with Diploma Degree in Business Administration at Comcenter College and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Rattana Institute.
