Lyhorng Ky

Lyhorng is a passionate Junior Monitoring, Results, and Measurement (MRM) Officer with the 3Ei Project, where she blends her academic background in International Relations with hands-on experience in development monitoring and evaluation. She started her career as an intern at Swisscontact’s Skills Development Programme, quickly advancing to Programme Associate and later stepping into the role of trainer for digital data analysis and reporting. Known for her ability to transform data into actionable insights, Lyhorng is committed to improving program effectiveness and driving meaningful impact.
