Vilaphon Vatthana joined Swisscontact in October 2026 as a Junior Technical Officer for the W2V Project based in Luang Prabang Province, with responsibilities to support circular economy initiatives, facilitate green business partnerships, coordinate field activities, and engage stakeholders to reduce plastic pollution.
Previously, Vilaphon worked with the GIZ ProFEB Project in Vientiane as an Administrative Intern, bringing a solid background in event organization, logistics, and administrative support. Additionally, his previous roles include Operations Officer (Short-Term) at Panyathip International School, Coordinator at Loca Taxi Company, and Claims Intern at Assurances General Laos (AGL).
Vilaphon holds a Bachelor's in Business English from the Rattana Institute of Business Administration.
