Thidaphone Vongmany joined Swisscontact in June 2026 as an Assistant Monitoring and Results Measurement (MRM) for the Vocational Training and Employment Support Services (VTESS) project, based in Vientiane Capital, Lao PDR. In this role, she supports monitoring, reporting, and measurement activities. As well as supporting the assigned VTESS project staff at the country office for administration, clerical and data entry tasks.
Prior to joining Swisscontact, Thidaphone volunteered as a Camp Instructor with Smart Friends Association in Romania and served as a Research Intern at Corvinus University of Budapest, Hungary, contributing to the OTKA research project “Visions on Artificial Intelligence and Society.”
Thidaphone holds a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from Corvinus University of Budapest, Hungary. Her interests include youth development, education, social inclusion, and creating opportunities for young people to thrive.
