Sitthiphong Manivanh joined Swisscontact in October 2025 as a Technical Project Officer for Awareness Raising and Networking under the SCP Lao Project. In this role, he is responsible for ensuring the high-quality technical implementation of project activities focused on promoting sustainable consumption and production practices. Sitthiphong collaborates closely with the Component Manager to develop and review implementation strategies, facilitating awareness-raising events and capacity-building activities for local civil society.
Before joining Swisscontact, Sitthiphong gained valuable experience in project management and community engagement. He worked as a Project Assistant with Econox Laos, where he coordinated youth initiatives for environmental conservation and sustainability. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree, majoring in International Relations from the National University of Laos. His involvement with the Asian Law Students' Association of Laos helped him develop strong leadership and organizational skills.
