Nhiabouangeun Hanaovanghang joined Swisscontact in January 2026 as a Human Resources and Contract Management Officer based in Vientiane Capital, with responsibilities to manage recruitment, onboarding, performance reviews, contracts, HR compliance, as well as insurance claims and event planning.
Previously, Nhiabouangeun worked with the School Lunch Project at Catholic Relief Services in Khammmouane Province with a solid background in human resources and administrative support. Additionally, his previous roles include HR Officer and HR & Admin Manager Assistant at Laopride Inc in Vientiane Capital. Nhiabouangeun holds a Bachelor’s degree in Community and Rural Development from the National University of Laos and a Diploma in Business English from Kevin College.
