Mitsalin Sonepaseuth joined Swisscontact in September 2026 as the National Technical Coordinator for IVET Training based in Vientiane Capital. Her main role is to support the Project Component Manager in carrying out the activities for IVET training (Component 1) within the VTESS project.
Previously, Mitsalin worked with the Food for Education Programme at Catholic Relief Service in Savannakhet, bringing a solid background in project planning, monitoring and local government coordination. Additionally, her previous roles include an internship at the Permanent Mission of Lao PDR to the United Nations, where she supports multilateral diplomatic and development activities.
Mitsalin holds a Master’s degree in International Development from Clark University, USA. and a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations from the National University of Laos.
