Meena Ounkham joined Swisscontact in June 2026 as a Finance Officer for the Vocational Training and Employment Support Services (VTESS) project based in Vientiane Capital. In this role, she supports project accounting and financial reporting for the VTESS projects, with responsibilities including daily bookkeeping, payment voucher processing, bank reconciliation, monthly financial reporting, and audit support.
Previously, Meena worked as a Sales Accountant and Admin Officer at De Heus International and as a Finance and Admin Officer at PACTEC International in Vientiane Capital.
Meena holds a Bachelor's degree in E-Commerce from the National University of Laos and a Master's degree in Business Management from the Lao-Japan Institute.
