Karima Zahra Suwandiman joined Swisscontact Indonesia in February 2025 as a Senior Program Officer - Business Development and Technical Coordinator for the Swiss Skills for Competitiveness (SS4C) project. Prior to this, she worked as a Supply Chain Management specialist in the retail industry before transitioning to one of Indonesia's largest development programs, where she leveraged the Market System Development approach. Karima's expertise lies in driving inclusive business development to create sustainable impacts on livelihoods, while enhancing the competitiveness of both private and public sectors. Outside of her professional work, she finds joy in reading books and working out, maintaining a balanced and fulfilling lifestyle.
