Agnes is a private sector engagement and business development professional specializing in workforce development, sustainable agriculture, impact investment, and climate finance across Southeast Asia and Africa. Currently serving as Senior Program Officer for Private Sector Engagement & Business Development at Swisscontact Indonesia, she develops partnerships with businesses, industry associations, and development organizations to strengthen workforce competitiveness and support market-driven economic growth. Her previous experience includes capital mobilization at the Indonesia Impact Alliance (IIA), advisory work on carbon market development for the Nigeria Sovereign Investment Authority (NSIA), and agricultural market systems development through the Australia-Indonesia Partnership for Rural Economic Development (PRISMA).
Agnes has also undertaken consulting engagements with organizations including INVERSA and Moose Knuckles Canada, focusing on sustainable finance and circular economy strategies, while supporting private sector and SME development initiatives through organizations such as Equatora Capital, Nestlé Indonesia, and Market Development Facility (MDF) Timor-Leste. She holds a Master of Public Administration in Development Practice, specializing in Sustainable and Climate Finance and Impact Investment, from Columbia University's School of International and Public Affairs (SIPA), and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Universitas Gadjah Mada.
