Mr. Paul Mozu Kojo Yankey joined Swisscontact Ghana on 3 November 2025 as an Intern under the Sustainable Agriculture pillar of the organisation’s Umbrella Approach. He works within the Sustainable Agriculture unit, supporting projects and operations that advance climate-smart agriculture and sustainable development initiatives.

Paul holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Resource Enterprise and Entrepreneurship from the University of Energy and Natural Resources, Sunyani. He brings a solid combination of academic training and hands-on field experience in climate-smart agriculture, sustainable production systems, and environmental management.

Prior to joining Swisscontact, Paul completed multiple operations internships with AgriMercarb Limited at the University of Ghana Farms and with Jokopap Distributions Limited in Accra. During these roles, he supported sustainable insect farming operations, including Black Soldier Fly production, contributed to field monitoring, data collection, quality assurance, and waste management initiatives, and assisted with inventory management, logistics coordination, and operational reporting. His experience has strengthened his capacity in field data analysis, environmental compliance, resource optimisation, and cross-functional collaboration.

In his current role, Paul supports the implementation of sustainable agriculture initiatives through field coordination, data collection and documentation, project support, and stakeholder engagement. He contributes to monitoring project activities and supports efforts aimed at promoting sustainable livelihoods and environmentally responsible agricultural practices.

He is driven by climate-smart agriculture, green innovation, and contributing to inclusive, sustainable, and high-impact development outcomes at Swisscontact.
