Efua Aidoo

Ms. Efua Esirifi Aidoo joined Swisscontact in December 2024 as a Project and Partnership Officer based in Accra, Ghana. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in French and Spanish from the University of Ghana, and obtained certifications in virtual assistance, international policy, and women’s rights from institutions such as Stanford University and the University of Pennsylvania. 

Before joining Swisscontact, she served as a Consular Assistant at the Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office, where she contributed to diplomatic and consular assistance services such as birth and death cases, financial assistance, detention, hospitalization, crisis management, welfare, and child abduction. Her previous roles also include Customer Service and Administrative Assistant at Titan Insurance Brokers and Social Media/Administrative Assistant at Balloons Gifts & More. 

Efua brings strong expertise in project coordination, stakeholder engagement, market development, and environmental sustainability. She is proficient in Google Workspace, skilled in social media management, and passionate about strategic partnerships, volunteering, gender advocacy, and impactful development work.
