Dr. Akwasi Adu-Poku is a renewable energy and sustainability professional with expertise in climate-smart agriculture, bioenergy, solar PV technology, and climate policy. He holds a PhD in Bioengineering and has over six (6) years of experience working across research, policy support, and development projects in Ghana.
Akwasi has contributed to initiatives in sustainable agriculture, renewable energy systems, carbon accounting, and inclusive value chain development. He has worked closely with academia, the private sector, and development partners to design and implement solutions that enhance climate resilience, productivity, and livelihoods.
He currently serves as Senior Project Officer at Swisscontact Ghana, supporting climate-smart and inclusive agricultural value chains.
