Ms. Alice Dzameshie joined Swisscontact Ghana on 3 November 2025 as an Intern supporting Administration and Project functions in Accra. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Professional Studies, Accra (UPSA) and brings a strong background in business operations, customer engagement, and organizational support.

Prior to joining Swisscontact, Alice worked as a Corporate Sales Executive at Imperial General Assurance and gained experience across banking, sales, and customer service roles with institutions including Stanbic Bank Ghana, MultiChoice, Kasapreko, Accra Brewery, and other reputable organizations. These roles strengthened her capacity in documentation, coordination, compliance, record management, and stakeholder engagement.

In her current role, Alice supports administrative and project activities through document management, coordination of project tasks, record-keeping, data entry, and general office administration. She also assists with reporting, supports team coordination, and contributes to the smooth implementation of operational and project deliverables.

She is driven by efficient administrative systems, collaborative project support, and contributing to well-managed, sustainable, and high-performing operations at Swisscontact.
