Uttoron-Skills for Better Life recently organised multiple " Business Establishment & Development Training" programs in Aushkandi, Inathganj, and Sreemangal. The main objective of these training programs was to assist 60 self-employed graduates in enhancing their technical understanding and ability to operate the business more successfully. Trainees from both Phase I and Phase II of the Uttoron project were selected for the business development training. Uttoron will also provide these trainees with additional support with equipment to expand their business opportunities.

The training program consisted of multiple sessions that focused on teaching the participants important business practices and strategies for success. They attended interactive workshops, analysed case studies, and had expert-led discussions. These activities provided valuable insights into market trends, managing customer relationships, effective business planning, marketing techniques, and more.

The Uttoron project, funded by Chevron and implemented by Swisscontact, has successfully delivered training in six districts and three divisions, benefiting a total of 3,380 youth across eight different trades.
