Trainers of Uttoron attended three-day residential training at Habiganj Industrial Park

The objective of the ToT was to enhance the capacity of the Instructors of General Finishing Operation (GFO) trade and create the opportunity for the trainers to have hands-on experience on production and packaging sector. General Finishing Operation (GFO) is a new trade introduced for the first time in Bangladesh by Uttoron project. Hence, there is a dearth of high-quality trainers with practical experience in this field. As good training requires high quality trainers, this ToT will be highly beneficial for ensuring the quality of the Uttoron training. The practical experience at industry will enable the trainers to give insightful realistic lesson in the classroom. Uttoron project conducted an orientation session for representatives at the industry who carried-out the training of the trainers. The industry representatives highly appreciated this initiative to create quality trainers. Three trainers from two partner organisation participated in this residential ToT.
