Pre-employment capacity development workshop for the second batch of Uttoron

The workshop of the Uttoron project targets to improve the communications and soft skills of the participants so that these graduated trainees are prepared to take on challenges of the 21st-century workplace. At the day-long workshop trainees participated in different sessions and variety of activities to get oriented on rules and regulation of the workplace, time management, team management, effective communications etc. The workshop also included a Q/A session by industry experts who have been in similar positions and have thrived with their proper communications and soft skills.
