To strengthen the working relationship with the government, the Uttoron team met with Dulal Krishna Saha, Executive Chairman (EC), NSDA. NSDA, the apex skills development authority of Bangladesh is currently working under the direction of the Prime Minister’s office to synchronise national skills development activities across the board. At the meeting, the Uttoron team informed Mr. Saha regarding the internationally standardised advanced welding training initiative currently in partnership with Khulna Shipyard.
The international certification authority Bureau Veritas (BV) will certify the first-of-its-kind training. The honorable Executive Chairman and NSDA experts appreciated this unique initiative of Uttoron. Uttoron invited Mr. Saha to visit the training at Khulna for observe the advanced training and encourage the trainees. The project also informed the authority regarding the recent Uttoron Soft skill app and offered to work collaboratively on this initiative. Mr. Saha assured that he would look into the possible cooperation option in this regard.
