Connecting the private sector with job seekers in Albania and Kosovo

Mundesi Plot – a platform that connects local job seekers with opportunities for employment and training.

Streamlining the private sector demands with job seekers in Albania and Kosovo is the core of Mundesi Plot – "plenty of opportunities", an online platform that provides opportunities for employment, training, internships, and coaching.  

Prior to its official launch this September, our Swisscontact Eastern Europe team from Boost Employment project are working to promote the platform throughout Albania. They are meeting with Vocational Training Centres and assisting employers to set up their official profiles and post their first vacancies on the platform.

The platform will make it easier for potential applicants to access the opportunities offered by these centres for professional development, based on the personal interest of each of the jobb seekers.

This project is part of the Swisscontact Development Programme, which is co-financed by the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation (SDC).
