RESULTS/IMPACT

  • SECO was successfully supported in developing a MRM Framework for the mandate from the Federal Council to improve and facilitate Swiss industry's access to infrastructure projects abroad.

OUR ROLE

Swisscontact supported the liaison office in:

  • refining the impact logics of its interventions (results chains)
  • defining indicators per intervention as well as for the overall mandate to report to the steering committee
  • defining indicators to track the enhanced collaboration among the "team Switzerland" members
  • developing data collection tools for the interventions to report their results on the defined indicators
  • processing and presenting the results of the MRM framework to the steering committee
