During the first year of execution, progress was made in the establishment of work procedures within the program and experience was gained in the implementation of operations in general. Due to this we were able to determine the need to improve the program's processes, mainly the recruitment of beneficiaries, training, and the formulation of business plans.
By March 2018, the first 232 credits were granted. Later, new training sessions on business plans formulation were developed, and 333 plans were formulated and approved. However, the dynamic achieved by the program was slowed down by changes in the national context.
Objectives:
Beneficiaries: 4250 small businesses and workshops from 15 municipalities in Las Segovias that carry out value-added activities.
