Innovación para una agricultura sostenible (ISA) (ingl.)

The project promotes appropriate technologies and extension services for a sustainable agricultural production. This leads to reduced negative impacts on the environment including improved soil health that allows smallholder farmers to increase their productivity and income.

Enhancing Entrepreneurial Ecosystem and Investments (3Ei)(ingl.)

The overall goal of the 3Ei is for the private sector to actively contribute to Cambodia's socio-economic development and attain the goals of the SDGs. The achievement of this overall goal will be driven by two outcomes. Outcome 1: Enhanced coordination, and collaboration within the entrepreneurial ecosystem; and Outcome 2: Increased business performance and investments in the ecosystem and impact enterprises.

Digital Learning Materials for Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET)

Digital Learning Materials for TVET II (DLM4TVET) supports the digital transformation of Cambodia’s Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) system by strengthening institutions to develop and use high-quality digital learning materials. The project helps ensure that these materials are relevant, easy to access, and sustainably integrated into everyday teaching and learning. By improving the systems and processes behind digital content creation, and by training TVET teachers and instructors to use these tools effectively, the project ultimately benefits learners across Cambodia.

Skills Development Programme(ingl.)

The overall goal of the Skills Development Programme (SDP) is for disadvantaged young women and men and low-skilled workers in five rural provinces of Cambodia (Preah Vihear, Stung Treng, Kratie, Mondulkiri and Rattanakiri) to gain access to decent employment and increased income.

Agroecology and Safe Food System Transitions in Southeast Asia (ASSET)

The Agroecology and Safe food System Transitions (ASSET) project is a regional project funded by the Agence Française de Développement (AFD), the European Union (EU), and the Fond Français pour l’Environnement Mondial (FFEM) over five years from 2020 to 2025 in four targeted countries: Cambodia, Laos PDR, Myanmar, and Vietnam. The overall objective is to harness the potential of agroecology to transform food and agricultural systems into more sustainable systems, notably safer, more equitable and inclusive, in the Southeast Asia region. Coordinated by GRET in a strong articulation with CIRAD, in charge of the scientific coordination, the project will mobilise the expertise of 27 national, European and International partners, from research institutions, universities, NGOs, UN agencies, Ministries of Agriculture of the four countries.

Camboya: enseñar prácticas sostenibles a los agricultores

El cambio climático afecta cada vez más a la seguridad alimentaria mundial. Se necesitan innovaciones para mitigar sus efectos. Como uno de los principales motores del cambio climático, la agricultura podría desempeñar un papel importante en la lucha contra el calentamiento global mediante la adopción de prácticas sostenibles. Swisscontact apoya a Camboya en sus esfuerzos por transitar hacia una agricultura respetuosa del medio ambiente y resiliente al cambio climático.

Nuestras Intervenciones

En Camboya, Swisscontact trabaja para consolidar los sistemas en cuanto a desarrollo de competencias, ecosistema empresarial, inversiones de gran incidencia, facilitación del comercio y agricultura regenerativa. Esto se hace trabajando estrechamente con los sectores público y privado, académico e investigativo, y con la sociedad civil. Todas las intervenciones se diseñan conforme al planteamiento de Desarrollo de Sistemas Inclusivos (ISD) de Swisscontact. Un punto clave en todos los proyectos es la institucionalización de las intervenciones a través de la marcación. Actualmente Swisscontact apoya a grupos de interés (públicos /privados) para establecer y promocionar 8 marcas. La escala para cada intervención se conocerá mediante la promoción de las marcas.

En el marco de sus actividades, Swisscontact Camboya se compromete con la iniciativa "Green Office".
