Phary Yoeun

Mr. Yoeun Phary joins us today on 05 June 2023 as Senior Communication Officer for 3Ei Project based in Phnom Penh. Phary previously worked as Communication and Campaign Officer at WaterAid and Marketing and Communication Manager at Nomi Network Cambodia.  Phary holds a Bachelor of Media Management from Royal University of Phnom Penh. He has been working on his field for more than nine years. From examples of his work, I believe Phary has incredible talents including communication strategies, monthly newsletter, designing, video production, media management, promotion materials, photography, and impact story collection.  I believe he will be a valuable asset to our team.
