Khamlone Vanchao

Khamlone Vanchao, a Provincial Technical Coordinator for Employment Support Services (ESS) based in Salavan Province, joined Swisscontact in June 2022. And he is primarily responsible for the implementation of Component 2 – Employment Support Services – of the VTESS Project (ESS). He did, however, earn a Higher Diploma in Finance and Accounting, Business Administration from the province of Louangprabang in 2002.

He formerly served as a Provincial Project Coordinator for the COMITE DE COOPERATION AVEC LE LAOS (CCL). And his key responsibilities include managing, coaching, and supervising all CCL as well as overall management of the SCALING program activities in Phongsaly province, which are carried out in partnership with government organizations.
