Recipes of ApprenticesThis recipe book was put together as a souvenir from the first dual cook apprenticeship program in Myanmar. During the off-the-job training, the apprentices learnt how to cook different varieties of European and Asian cuisine, and work in a professional kitchen. They were shown how to make purchases and calculations and write their own recipes. This recipe book showcases the skills they have acquired in the Vocational Skills Development Program (VSDP) .
