Swisscontact has always maintained close ties with the private and public sector actors, valued partnerships and networked with a wide range of bilateral and multilateral donors and development organisations.


Based on MoU with the Ministry of Home Affairs (MoHA) of the Government of Indonesia, Swisscontact Indonesia is accredited as an International Non-Governmental Development Organization (NGO) which is humanitarian, non-sectarian, nonpolitical and nonprofit.

While the Ministry of Home Affairs is its direct counterpart, Swisscontact cooperates with many more government agencies in the course of implementing its development programs. The key agencies are as follows:
